Dyanna is an amazing trainer. My weight was 145 lbs. before I had 2 kids, after 2 kids I was 188. She helps me build my confidence up. Hi Dyanna,

My clothes fit totally different. I can fit my old pants/suits/dresses. These are clothes that I have not been able to wear for about 2 or 3 years. My 20 Year High School Reunion is this weekend. I'm super excited - I feel great!
