About Dyanna

Dyanna Crane is a certified personal trainer and fitness competitor who is already making a huge impact to the fitness industry and is changing people’s lives one pound at a time. Dyanna was born in Los Angeles, California in 1976. She remained there and grew up and was educated in private and public schools. She comes from a family of strict morals and values and was always encouraged by both parents to do what her heart desired most in life. At the age of 24, Dyanna decided to further her education and went on to attend University of Phoenix. While studying for her bachelor’s degree in information technology and a minor in business, she took on an academic career path as an admissions advisor. Upon completing her degree she then decided to take her education one step further and was accepted into the masters of business administration program.

After graduation in 2005, she continued working in academics and knew that her life journey was just beginning. That coming fall, Dyanna pursued yet another avenue of her life. Through a high school friend she was introduced to a group of young women who later became her sorority sisters of Sigma Gamma Rho Incorporated in Spring 2006. But it didn’t stop there.

In May 2006, Dyanna made a life altering decision to change the way she looked, the way she felt and the way she ate. Starting off at 220 pounds, she decided enough was enough and started her journey to a new her and a healthy life style forever. In less than a year she had already lost 80 pounds and was not stopping until she reached 100% of her goal. Each week went by and result after result she became addicted to the success of each milestone. In 2008, she was approached to compete in a figure competition that would take place the following year and instantly became excited about the outcome.

Not knowing what was going to be in store for her, Dyanna went on to win 1st place in her category for the Body By Loyd Figure Competition. After encouragement from friends and family, she went on to compete again in August 2009 and won 1st place for Ms Model America and 3rd place for Ms Bikini America in the UNBA Ms Fitness America Competition.

This added more fuel to her fire when Dyanna decided that she had given her all working in academics and made the decision to go into business for herself and become a personal trainer. She is still continuing her journey and is now helping those who are currently walking in the shoes Dyanna once wore as an overweight adult.
